Product Information

Vegetable glycerine USP (99.7% pure).  Also known as glycerol and glycerin.

Class:  sugar alcohol.  CAS:  56-81-5.

Glycerine is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid, soluble in water and hydroscopic.  Glycerin is sweet-tasting and of very low toxicity.

Often used for human consumption, as well as in personal care products.
